From time to time, we may offer special discounts and/or free items or free on-site visits.

These offers are made subject to our "reasonable use" rule, meaning we will offer goods or services within reasonable time frames (when we have time), in reasonable quantities (one free item per customer, unless stated otherwise) and within reasonable distances (20km of Katanning: As always, we are willing to travel beyond 20km but travel or postage charges may apply).

Free Consultation*

A "free consultation" (up to 30 mins) is about getting together with you to discuss your IT needs and to do a basic analysis of your current system(s) and possible future requirements. The first consultation is completely obligation free: You are not required to act on our advise. The choice is yours. So why not give us a call and request your free consultation? - Simply mention our "website - free consultation offer" to obtain your free consultation.

*Any actual work (service, support, repairs, etc) carried out as a direct result of the consultation (as requested by you) will be charged at our standard hourly rate, however no 'Call Out Fee' will apply if an agreement is reached to carry out work within 2 weeks of the consultation.

*Travel Costs may apply if more then 20km from katanning.
